Q) What are the available payment methods?
A) For orders placed in Portugal we have two payment methods available: cash on delivery or credit card (Paypal). Paypal is the only system that do not present extra costs to the buyer and has the advantage of being instantaneous. For more information on orders placed to other countries, go here.

Q) Is Paypal a safe system?
A) PayPal's service builds on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary fraud prevention systems to create a safe, global, real-time payment solution. PayPal has quickly become a global leader in online payment solutions with 100 million account members worldwide. Available in 55 countries and regions around the world, buyers and sellers on eBay, online retailers, online businesses, as well as traditional offline businesses are transacting with PayPal. Q) Are the items sent the same day the order is placed?
A) Orders placed before 16h30-17h00 (GMT0) will be shipped the same day, when the order is payed through the available payment methods. Items will be shipped the next day (working day) when the order is placed after 17h00. If you want to pay through another method (bank transfer/bank order or international postal cuppon), we will only send your order after receiving payment. Payment made through these methods will delay shipping of those items because it may take some time to be accepted, depending on country and bank. Please confirm with your bank the lenght of time it takes for a bank transfer to be processed.

Q) How long will it take for the order to arrive?
A) An order within Portugal (Continental and Insular) usually takes 1 to 3 working days to arrive at its destination (after shipment). Orders for other European countries will usually take approximately 2 to 6 working days to arrive. For Brazil and Rest of World, orders will usually arrive in 6 to 9 working days.

Q) Will orders be subject to customs inspection?
A) Yes, when its destination is beyond the European Union. The costs of customs fees to obtain the merchandise are always the buyer's responsibility. In this case, addresses will be written by hand and we advise the buyer not to make purchases above 40 euros. Depending on each country's legislation, health products may be or may not be free of custom fees.
