Orders placed in the website 'Hematos.com' will always be delivered through CTT (portuguese postal services) by registered mail. They may also be delivered with cash on delivery only in Portugal (including islands). For Europe, Brazil and Rest of World, orders will be shipped only with credit card payment (Paypal) - cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Orders sent to countries that are not members of the European Union may be subject to customs inspection. It is the responsability of the buyer to pay customs fees and obtain the merchandise. Small orders will be sent in padded envelopes to guarantee the product's quality until it arrives at its destination.
